The club has given the keys to the World League organisers and will also provide an army of some two hundred volunteers to help ensure the tournament is another huge success. You can expect a warm welcome and great atmosphere in the club house and pitch side.

Footnote :-

I have had the pleasure of visiting the club on just two ocassions to photograph games , firstly in 2006 to watch an international freindly between the world and Olympic  champions , the Dutch Oranje Dames , back then fresh from their Samsung World Cup victory in Madrid  who beat the England women in a friendly. The main stadium was packed with fans and the Dutch players were great with them after the game , chatting to them and signing autographs! Just recently I had the privilege of watching and photographing a top youth (U18) men’s hockey game between Rotterdam and Kampong ( such an impressive standard of committment , skills and pace from both teams and once again was thoroughly impressed with the warm and friendly hopsitality at the club. Here is a link to the images I took at that game over on my Facebook page.
